Qualifications

• 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with 3 years of one-on-one donor development experience
• OR 5+ years of one-on-one donor development experience
• Team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective major donors
• Average 5 meetings per week with donors
• Oversee development budget and staff coordination
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events with the CEO and CFO
