Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Proven success securing major gifts and leading large-scale fundraising initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience with building and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Oversee major gifts, planned giving, events, grants, and partnerships.
• Forecast revenue, monitor performance, and achieve fundraising goals.
• Manage donor relationships and ensure meaningful stewardship and impact reporting.
• Lead the philanthropy and communications team and ensure CRM effectiveness.
