The Executive Director of Development (EDOD) serves as the Chief Development Officer for the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute (RNI) and leads all fundraising efforts for the WVU Foundation within the WVU Medicine and Health Sciences Office on the Health Sciences Campus in Morgantown, WV.

The EDOD builds and refines an integrated program to achieve unparalleled support for the RNI’s mission and engages high-potential prospects including individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Five years of progressive development experience.
• History of successful major and principal gift solicitations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead prospect relationship-building and solicitation for the RNI, focusing on major and principal gifts.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors for solicitation on behalf of the RNI leadership.
• Collaborate with WVU Foundation partners to support priorities of the RNI and WVU Medicine & Health Sciences.
