Job summary

The CDO will develop donor relationships, oversee operations, and ensure robust fundraising programs with accountability and transparency. Requires 10+ years of experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years fundraising experience.
• Senior leadership experience in fundraising with 4+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide fundraising strategy and donor development.
• Lead a team including Individual Giving, Events, and Operations.
• Solicit and close gifts at the $100,000+ level from individuals, companies, and foundations.
• Represent NT in America with high-net-worth donors and boards.
