LCTC’s External Relations team is seeking an Executive Director of Development to lead fundraising across major gifts, strategy, operations, and external partnerships in Baton Rouge. You will manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, craft proposals, and guide multi-year campaigns with the leadership team.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with communications and finance, and use data to drive decisions while expanding donor engagement and long-term commitments to Louisiana's workforce

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 7 years fundraising, with at least 5 in major gifts.
• Record of personally closing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Success designing fundraising strategies that deliver growth.

Mansioni

• Manage a major gifts portfolio of 75–100 prospects and close gifts of $25k+.
• Develop annual/multi-year fundraising plans with leadership.
• Supervise and develop staff handling donor records and stewardship.
• Prepare proposals and gift agreements, including endowed scholarships.
• Build partnerships and represent LCTC with boards and external partners.
