LCTC External Relations seeks an Executive Director of Development in Baton Rouge, LA to lead the major gifts program, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors for Louisiana's community and technical colleges and their students.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role manages a major gifts portfolio, builds systems and a team, engages the board, and advances the Foundation Strategic Plan 2026–2029, using outcomes data to demonstrate return on investment and grow

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive fundraising, including 5 years in major gifts.
• Proven track record closing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and working with boards.

Mansioni

• Major Gifts and Principal Giving: manage a portfolio of 75–100 prospects and close gifts of $25,000+.
• Develop fundraising plans and grow philanthropic revenue aligned with strategic plans.
• Lead development operations, donor records, and stewardship logistics.
• Engage Foundation Board and external partners to expand fundraising reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tell outcomes through donor communications.
