Job summary

The Tech Interactive seeks a dynamic Chief Development Officer to drive philanthropic investments and build a robust culture of giving. This executive leader will oversee the Strategic Campaign Plan and manage relationships with foundations, corporations, and individuals.

With an annual fundraising goal of about $12M, the role requires a proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, while collaborating with the CEO, board, and leadership team to advance the mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of leadership in philanthropic strategies, with track record across corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors.
• Expertise in development, gifts, stewardship, and donor recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing development team with data-driven feedback.
• Set performance metrics and coaching to ensure fundraising targets are met.
• Structure and resource the development department to maximize fundraising capacity.
• Collaborate with CEO, staff, and board to set ambitious development goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive development plan with clear objectives.
