Technovation is in search of a Chief Development Officer who will report to the CEO and drive the organization’s fundraising efforts. The role demands a strategic vision to develop and implement an effective fundraising strategy aligned with the mission of empowering girls in technology entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in fundraising or business development with proven success in large capital campaigns. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with various programs and teams are essential.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 along with extensive benefits including 20 vacation days, 100% medical coverage, and options for remote work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fundraising/business development/sales with a record of revenue generation.
• Experience leading large capital campaigns.
• Ability to travel and work in global organizations.
