Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale agency, consulting, marketing, digital, or transformation work.
• Experience managing multi-brand, multi-channel programs and teams.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Delivery and Operations function, governing priorities and resources.
• Oversee delivery across brands, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Own workforce planning, capacity, and talent development.
• Serve as trusted operational advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Manage delivery P&L and drive profitability and growth opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvements and establish scalable delivery practices.
