Job summary

VML, a leading WPP agency, seeks a Managing Director of Delivery to lead the Delivery and Operations function for a large national client in the CPG space. This executive role oversees governance, resource strategy, and transformation across Brand Experience, Commerce, Retail Activation, Experiential, and related workstreams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale agency, consulting, marketing, digital, commerce, or transformation organizations.
• Experience managing complex, matrixed businesses exceeding $15M+ in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in operational leadership, delivery management, organizational design, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Delivery and Operations function.
• Oversee delivery across all brands, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget.
• Drive governance, prioritization, resource strategy, workflow optimization, and operational health.
• Manage capacity planning, succession planning, and development of delivery talent.
• Build relationships with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Own delivery P&L, forecast, and growth opportunities; monitor efficiency and margins.
