Job summary

True Rx is seeking a Vice President of Data & Quality to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise data ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, governance, accessibility, and trusted data to support decision-making. The role leads Data Services/Architecture, Data Analytics/Insights, and Enterprise Data Governance & Quality, partnering with senior leaders to transform data into a strategic asset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, analytics, BI, and data quality best practices.
• Ability to translate objectives into scalable data and technology solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise data programs across multiple functions.
• Understanding of modern data platforms and governance frameworks.
• Healthcare/pharmacy or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise data strategy across architecture, governance, and analytics.
• Translate priorities into a data roadmap for operations, compliance, and growth.
• Move from reactive reporting to self-service information and insights.
• Oversee Data Services, Data Analytics/Insights, and Enterprise Data Governance & Quality.
• Establish data quality, governance routines, and escalation paths.
