Based in Concord with a hybrid schedule, you will lead data engineering, architecture, platforms, and governance teams, delivering trusted data products and scalable cloud environments while partnering with risk, compliance, and business leaders to advance analytics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 7+ years leading data engineering/architecture teams.
• Experience with governance, security, and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise vision and roadmap for data engineering and governance.
• Lead secure, scalable cloud data warehouse and lake environments.
• Establish governance for data quality, ownership, metadata, and privacy.
• Build operating model for data delivery, prioritization, and lifecycle.
• Deliver trusted data products enabling BI and analytics teams.
• Evaluate AI capabilities and sponsor responsible use cases.
• Develop high-performing data teams through coaching and development.
• Partner with finance, risk, compliance, and business leaders on priorities.
