Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Director, Data Center Training, to own the global training strategy, operating model, and execution framework for OCI data center teams. You will lead training leaders, instructional designers, and SMEs to create a scalable learning ecosystem for new sites and expansion, focusing on uptime, safety, audit readiness, and capability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical training, data center operations, or related fields.
• 7+ years of people leadership, including managers or senior program leaders.
• Experience building enterprise training programs for hyperscale data centers or high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise training strategy for OCI data center operations.
• Develop scalable curricula, labs, and field qualification records.
• Establish qualification standards for operations, incident response, safety, and readiness.
• Create governance cadences, dashboards, and executive reporting for workforce readiness.
• Oversee vendor and third-party training quality and onboarding.
