Job summary

SNC is seeking a Principal Product Architect - Data to lead the data architecture strategy and implement enterprise-wide data initiatives. You will align IT with business goals, develop strategic blueprints, and collaborate with senior leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO to drive governance and alignment.

You will mentor IT teams, enforce enterprise data standards, and drive data-driven innovation across platforms, with a strong emphasis on compliance and strategic data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Expert proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience aligning IT with corporate and BU strategy; drafting reference architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s comprehensive data architecture strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Develop strategic blueprints, roadmaps, and data models for data architecture adoption.
• Drive collaboration across senior leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO.
• Identify and capitalize on leading industry trends to inform architecture strategy.
• Ensure data solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Mentor IT teams on data architecture best practices and implementation.
• Develop and enforce enterprise data patterns, models, and standards.
• Lead integration of enterprise data across platforms with a focus on efficiency.
• Foster a culture of data-driven innovation and continuous improvement.
