Job summary

SNC in Lone Tree, Colorado seeks a Principal Product Architect - Data to lead data architecture strategy across the organization, aligning with enterprise goals. You will develop advanced data models, roadmaps, and blueprints while mentoring IT teams and driving governance with the Enterprise PMO.

This role requires strong TOGAF and data management expertise and a proven track record in enterprise data initiatives, integration, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related field.
• Expert proficiency in TOGAF and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• 5+ years of hands-on Data Management experience (Ingestion, ETL, Modeling, Profiling, Quality, Metadata, MDM, BI/Analytics).
• Experience building data platforms and integration across enterprise systems.
• Database management experience, on-prem or cloud.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's comprehensive data architecture strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Develop blueprints, roadmaps, and data models for data architecture adoption.
• Drive collaboration across senior leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO.
• Identify and leverage industry trends to enhance data architecture strategies.
• Ensure data solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Mentor IT teams on best practices for data architecture and implementation.
• Develop and enforce enterprise data patterns, models, and standards.
• Lead enterprise data integration across platforms with a focus on efficiency.
• Foster a culture of data-driven innovation and continuous improvement.
