Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte seeks a Data Solutions Lead I to translate elevated business requests into structured solution approaches and guide analytics work beyond standard data products.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define KPIs, data models, and delivery paths, routing standard outputs to Data Product Developers when appropriate. This is an office-based role focused on impactful, scalable analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5–7 years of experience in analytics or data-facing roles.
Ability to translate business needs into structured solution approaches.

Responsibilities

Evaluate elevated business requests and determine solution path.
Define business logic, KPIs, and measures for enhanced analytics.
Lead enhanced analytics efforts with stakeholders and technical resources.
Route standard outputs to Data Product Developers when appropriate.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions on needs, options, and tradeoffs.
Document solution approaches and decisions to support execution.
