Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Sustainability Strategy to strengthen governance, data, and digital capabilities for sustainability and safety across our global system. You will partner across Operating Units, bottling partners, and corporate functions to deliver credible reporting and informed decision-making.

You will lead data readiness improvements, data quality, and scalable analytics solutions while translating complex business needs into IT requirements and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, statistics, data management, business, or a related field.
• Experience with sustainability and/or safety data processes, governance, controls, and reporting readiness.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data, digital, and IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of sustainability and safety data governance across units, partners, and functions.
• Strengthen data quality, traceability, controls, and consistency for voluntary and regulatory reporting.
• Define business requirements and translate into IT requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable data, analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions to improve assurance and reporting readiness.
• Support master data processes and data quality governance for sustainability and safety metrics.
• Identify digitization needs and convert them into practical data solutions.
• Collaborate on digital platforms (including Enablon) rollout across units and bottling system.
• Drive process improvements related to master data, data quality, and reporting controls.
