Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group is seeking a Head of Data & AI Platform to lead the data architecture for the firm's AI products, including data modeling, pipelines, and intelligence foundations. The role oversees a senior team across the U.S.

and India and drives standards for data, knowledge-graph, ML, and governance. The position requires hands-on leadership, deep expertise in data architectures, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable AI data products.

Qualifications

• Experience defining data architecture for AI platforms.
• Experience building ontology and knowledge-graph capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Baker Tilly Intelligence Layer strategy, architecture, and roadmap for ontology and knowledge graph.
• Design ontology, knowledge-graph, and judgment-graph capabilities with engineering teams in the US and India.
• Define how practitioner decisions, corrections, outcomes, and system traces are captured for reusable intelligence.
• Establish retrieval semantics across graph- and vector-based approaches with evaluation metrics.
• Own end-to-end data layer including data architecture, models, pipelines, and data quality.
• Set medallion architecture standards, data contracts, identity resolution, and data-quality practices for the product data.
