Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a strategic Chief Technology leader to oversee Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture. You will align technology with the mission, drive risk management, and partner with executive leadership to guide investments and governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, modernization, and building strong technology leadership across the organization while supporting a hybrid work model and mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture functions.
• Strong track record of aligning technology with enterprise strategy and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead through senior directors and develop technology leaders.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and develop senior technology leaders.
• Develop and execute roadmaps balancing security, scalability, and cost.
• Collaborate with CIO and governance teams to guide investments and risk.
• Drive modernization initiatives to improve service quality and resilience.
