Job summary

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a dynamic Anesthesiology Chief CRNA to lead the collaborative team at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. This role blends clinical leadership with patient-safety focus and requires guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

You will oversee professional development, credentialing, and staffing while advancing organizational priorities and supporting a culture of excellence across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with managerial experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Active licensure with current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuous performance improvement and risk management programs.
• Ensure licensure, certification, and credentialing compliance.
• Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs.
• Maintain perioperative workflow efficiency and oversee scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in coordination with recruitment teams.
• Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring policy adherence.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
