NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations at Baptist Health Louisville. The role combines leadership duties with ongoing clinical practice in a diverse hospital setting.

The Chief CRNA will mentor CRNAs, coordinate scheduling, and drive initiatives to improve patient care quality and provider engagement across the anesthesia service line.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the CRNA team.
• Coordinate staffing and daily anesthesia operations.
• Promote quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider engagement.
• Partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with clinical recruiting on candidate interviews, site visits, and provider onboarding.
