Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with managerial experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Active licensure with current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuous performance improvement and risk management programs.
• Ensure licensure, certification, and credentialing compliance.
• Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs.
• Maintain perioperative workflow efficiency and oversee scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in coordination with recruitment teams.

• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Highlights

• Anesthesia Care Team model of 20 CRNA’s, 4 General Anesthesiologists, and 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists.
• Diverse mix of cases including Trauma (Level III), Vascular, EP, Thoracic, OB, Orthopedics, Urology, General, GYN, and GI (no Peds or ENT).
• One facility with 12 sites of service including 2 cardiovascular ORs. Annual surgical volume: 13,300 cases.
• No call (24 hour in-house coverage).
