Job summary

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center seeks a collaborative, clinically credible Chief of Anesthesiology to advance services and strengthen perioperative care for the Monadnock Region, aligning with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center Anesthesiology priorities.

The successful candidate will lead in quality, safety, access, and operational performance while maintaining clinical presence and engaging with physicians, CRNAs, staff, and system partners in an integrated academic health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership for clinical quality, patient safety, access and coverage.
• Oversee anesthesia services, OR and procedural throughput, and perioperative care.
• Drive recruitment, retention, and continuous improvement in anesthesia coverage.
• Align with Dartmouth Health standards and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center priorities.
