Job summary

My County Parks is seeking a County Conservation Executive Director to lead the department under the Conservation Board. The role oversees recreational, educational and capital development programs, manages staff, budgets and grants, and represents the department to partners and the public.

The Executive Director will develop long-range plans, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while working with local authorities and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in park administration, fish and wildlife biology, or related conservation field; five years of admin/management experience; Master's degree preferred.
