• Knowledge of public sector governance, budgeting, procurement, policy implementation, and legal compliance.
• Experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the District and its departments.
• Advise the Board on strategic initiatives, operations, and risks.
• Oversee budget development, financial planning, and internal controls.
• Lead capital planning and procurement in line with policy.
• Represent the District with community and governmental stakeholders.
