Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 12+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Substantial healthcare regulatory experience (fraud/abuse, Stark, HIPAA, etc.).
• Experience leading or developing a legal team.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex health care and commercial agreements.
• Mature professional judgment to balance risk and business needs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Core Ventures MSAs, intercompany arrangements, and amendments.
• Advise Core Ventures leadership with executive and board materials.
• Support post-close structuring, asset transfers, and physician alignment.
• Negotiate complex commercial, vendor, and data services agreements.
• Design contracting governance, intake, review, and execution.
