Job summary

CRC Group in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead an integrated enterprise communications strategy that aligns with business priorities and protects the brand with clients, partners, industry stakeholders, and the media.

You will advise senior leaders, shape the corporate narrative, and lead executive, internal, media, crisis, and reputation communications across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels in collaboration with Marketing, HR, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications with ownership of internal communications strategy and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success advising senior leaders, crisis and reputation-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and align teammates with company priorities and culture.
• Oversee media relations to strengthen brand, leadership visibility and business priorities.
• Manage enterprise crisis communications, stakeholder messaging, and post-event evaluation in collaboration with Legal, HR, Risk, and leadership.
• Lead communications for transformation, organizational change, and major business initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic media plans aligning earned, paid, and sponsored content with the corporate narrative.
• Establish integrated measurement framework and executive dashboard for channel effectiveness and voice.
