Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to run our integrated SOC and NOC as a single operation.

You will manage more than 150 professionals across onshore and offshore teams, delivering 24/7 monitoring, response, and uptime while shaping the service delivery model and budget. This role reports to the SaNS leadership team and requires building scalable processes, driving cost-to-serve improvements, and partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to align offerings

Qualifications

• 12+ years in security operations, network operations, or infrastructure operations.
• Led a 24/7 operation with 100+ people, across onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience running a SOC or a NOC, with blended security and network expertise.
• Owned operating budgets and driven cost-to-serve improvements.
• Proven major-incident leadership with executive communication.
• Strong tooling knowledge (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR) and network monitoring.
• Executive presence and ability to translate operational issues into business terms.
• Willingness to travel internationally to lead global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC, NOC, and Threat Intelligence & Detection through 5+ direct reports.
• Design operating model including org structure and cross-domain integration.
• Standardize processes, escalation paths, and playbooks for consistent customer experience.
• Own operating budget, headcount, tooling, and vendor spend.
• Improve cost to serve and delivery margin while maintaining service quality.
• Run 24/7 security monitoring, triage, investigation, and response across environments.
• Oversee 24/7 network monitoring and performance for thousands of locations.
• Serve as single accountable leader for high-severity incidents and communications.
• Set multi-year automation roadmap for SIEM, SOAR, and observability.
• Act as executive sponsor for key customers and shape offerings with cross-functional partners.
