Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time SOC Services Architect to lead the technical delivery of SOC software and visualization projects from design validation through customer acceptance.

You will capture customer requirements, coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams, and act as the Technical Program Manager for large PSIM, AI, and situational awareness deployments. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software or integrated technology solutions.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, software configuration, systems integration, and customer requirements gathering.
• Experience with PSIM, workflow automation, critical event management, or SOC technologies.
• Experience with video management, access control, analytics, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience with a security integrator, technology manufacturer, consulting firm, or enterprise security organization.
• Strong communication, project leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of SOC software and visualization projects from design validation through customer acceptance.
• Capture customer requirements, operational workflows, and system integration needs.
• Validate solution architecture and coordinate implementation with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Act as the Technical Program Manager for the delivery of PSIM, situational awareness, AI and other large, complex deployments.
• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot supported software platforms.
• Resolve technical, integration, and infrastructure issues throughout project delivery.
