Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time SOC Services Architect to lead the technical delivery of advanced SOC solutions, including PSIM, workflow automation, mass notification, risk intelligence, and data visualization.

This customer-facing role collaborates with customers, manufacturers, sales, and program management to ensure solutions are accurately proposed, technically sound, and aligned with operational objectives.

Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise software or integrated technology solutions.
Experience with SaaS platforms, software configuration, systems integration, and customer requirements gathering.
Experience with PSIM, workflow automation, critical event management, or SOC technologies.
Experience with video management, access control, analytics, or data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of SOC software and visualization projects from design validation through customer acceptance.
Capture customer requirements, operational workflows, and system integration needs.
Validate solution architecture and coordinate implementation with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Act as the Technical Program Manager for the delivery of PSIM, situational awareness, AI and other large deployments.
Configure, commission, and troubleshoot supported software platforms.
Resolve technical, integration, and infrastructure issues throughout project delivery.
