Tulsa Higher Education Consortium is seeking an Executive Director to advance its mission through visionary leadership, strategic planning, partnership development, and strong financial stewardship in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Qualifications

Master's degree preferred; doctorate valued; senior executive leadership experience.
Experience in higher education, nonprofit management, philanthropy, government, or related cross-sector field.
Experience working with governing boards and building coalitions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction, wind down the 2024-2027 plan, and develop the next plan with the Board.
Establish measurable outcomes, milestones, and reporting to keep the organization data-informed.
Advance external partnerships with universities, foundations, government, and industry.
Oversee fundraising, grants, compliance, and diverse revenue streams.
Build and retain a high-performing team and ensure effective governance.
