Position Summary:

• Reporting directly to the President, CEO, & Chair, lead Retail Banking, Consumer/Residential Lending, and Marketing and serve as a key business partner to the digital banking team.
• As a member of Executive Management, provide strategic leadership to three direct reports and approximately 260 total employees.
• Focus on delivering profitable, sustainable organic growth while preserving and strengthening the Bank's mutual values, community orientation, and commitment to customer service and long-term relationships.

The successful candidate will bring:

The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $335,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
