Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Texas seeks a General Manager of Construction Technology to lead strategic initiatives across construction regions, partnering with operational leaders, technology experts, and manufacturers to accelerate adoption of advanced equipment and software.

You will drive growth, mentor teams, and build industry partnerships with Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble to ensure outstanding customer outcomes across the field.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Industry expertise in construction technology, heavy equipment, or related field (10+ years).
• Location and travel flexibility with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

• Drive strategy and growth: develop and execute construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with field General Managers to assess and strengthen technology leadership across the organization.
• Coach and develop teams to champion technology leadership.
• Build key industry partnerships with manufacturers to support customer success and adoption.
