Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a growing national bank to hire a Chief Compliance Officer. Reporting to the General Counsel with direct Board visibility, you will lead compliance across the bank's credit card and digital channels.

You will build and scale the Compliance Management System, oversee OCC/FDIC examinations, and guide Fair Lending, UDAAP, CRA, and BSA/AML programs while leading a team and serving as a liaison to regulators and the Board.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consumer compliance experience at a federally regulated institution.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Direct experience overseeing a compliance program and managing OCC/FDIC examinations.
• CRCM certification required or in progress; track record building/enhancing a CMS.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the enterprise Compliance Management System across all products, channels and third-party relationships.
• Provide executive compliance oversight of the national credit card program under Reg Z and the CARD Act.
• Lead Fair and Responsible Banking (UDAAP, Fair Lending, CRA), BSA/AML, and manage the team that delivers them.
• Serve as the primary compliance liaison with the OCC and report to the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Board.
