Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC in Dallas seeks a senior Compliance leader to direct the bank's Compliance Management System, shape governance, and align the program with the organization’s size, activities, and risk profile.

You will coordinate regulatory examinations, advise executive leadership on developments, oversee remediation of findings, and partner with Legal, Risk, Audit and business leaders to embed compliance into processes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across banking compliance, risk, audit, legal, regulatory affairs, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading or materially enhancing a bank Compliance Management System.
• Direct experience managing or leading regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CMS and governance oversight.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, inquiries, and responses with regulators.
• Provide guidance on regulatory developments and supervisory expectations.
• Oversee remediation of regulatory findings and ensure documentation and tracking.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Audit, and business leadership to embed compliance into processes.
