This high-visibility role shapes Benesch's voice, messaging, and brand across internal and external communications, thought leadership, digital channels, social media, and the company website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with Benesch's objectives.
• Strengthen the company’s reputation, visibility, and market position within the AEC industry.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic communications and lead a communications team.
• Oversee brand stewardship, voice, and messaging across channels and platforms.
• Manage website content, digital channels, and social media presence.
• Collaborate with leaders to communicate company initiatives, culture, and employee programs.
