• Provide functional leadership for Commercial Operations including Procurement and Supply Chain, Pricing Management, Pricing Strategy, and Contracts and Compliance.
• Own end-to-end margin performance by leading COGS management and pricing strategy to deliver profitability.
• Lead enterprise risk mitigation by identifying vulnerabilities and enabling proactive strategies.
• Play a key role in strategic business planning for Commercial Operations and the enterprise.
• Translate strategic plans into functional objectives via annual budgeting and resource alignment.
• Foster a data-driven, accountable culture with cross-department collaboration.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, guiding senior leaders and aligning priorities to meet P&L goals.
• Develop high-potential talent through coaching, succession planning, and career progression.
