Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive sales experience with 10+ years in leadership.
• Executive-level commercial leadership in a technical product environment.
• Proven success selling to hyperscalers, data centers, and similar technical buyers.
• Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy.
• Establish scalable sales processes, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and forecasting.
• Drive net-new enterprise and hyperscaler customer acquisition.
• Expand and diversify the customer base.
• Build a global channel partner network across Europe and APAC.
• Lead sales, marketing, and customer care.
