Position Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for managing the overall commercial strategy, identifying new markets, securing partnerships, and aligning our commercial and business strategies. You will oversee accesso’s commercial team, including Sales and Marketing. This high-visibility role requires strong communication skills and the ability to represent the organization positively in the community and media. You should be a leader with high integrity, transparency, and consistency, always considering what is best for the organization.
The CCO must uphold the highest integrity standards and lead by example.
Location:
This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US or UK.

Travel Requirement:
Up to 40% to accesso Office/Client Locations.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Managing a high-performing global sales team, driving collaboration, strategic alignment, and revenue growth across markets.
- Developing and executing international go-to-market sales strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Providing leadership that fosters accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Supporting the achievement of sales, profitability, and business objectives through strategic leadership.
- Implementing innovative commercial strategies leveraging technology, data, and digital platforms.
- Developing pricing strategies, managing budgets, and tracking KPIs.
- Leading strategic partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and managing sales teams.
- Aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals, optimizing digital channels and loyalty programs.
- Overseeing revenue strategies to ensure growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with Operations, Finance, and IT for seamless revenue initiatives.
- Building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Fostering a data-driven, innovative high-performance culture.
- Representing the company to clients, investors, and partners to strengthen relationships.
- Identifying revenue opportunities and cost reductions to improve profitability.
- Analyzing complex situations for informed decision-making, demonstrating confidence under pressure.
What You Bring To The Role
- BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MS/MBA preferred.
- Experience as Chief Commercial or Revenue Officer in technology and hospitality industries.
- Proven success in scaling revenue operations and driving growth.
- Expertise in enterprise sales, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
- Deep understanding of hospitality technology needs and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to confidently present the company publicly.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, including talent development.
- Decisive problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
