Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the leadership team of this specialist B2B ingredient business. You will have full regional Sales P&L responsibility, set the NOAM regional strategic objectives, and drive performance to exceed customer expectations.
Must be a highly motivated, hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B Ingredients and/or Flavor sectors only (no other sector experience accepted). You should have previously operated as a Senior Sales Leader with proven leadership in Sales & Marketing across various Food Ingredient categories.
