QLM Search is partnering with a leading Ingredients group to hire a divisional SVP SALES/CCO position. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the leadership team of this specialist B2B ingredient business. You will have full regional Sales P&L responsibility, set the NOAM regional strategic objectives, and drive performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the business with full P&L responsibility to achieve strategic goals aligned with group expectations;
  2. Collaborating with customers and the commercial team to manage and develop current and future business plans;
  3. Managing teams across Sales & Marketing;
  4. Implementing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, effective communication, and a focus on delivering core activities.
Candidate Requirements:

Must be a highly motivated, hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B Ingredients and/or Flavor sectors only (no other sector experience accepted). You should have previously operated as a Senior Sales Leader with proven leadership in Sales & Marketing across various Food Ingredient categories.
