Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This remote role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and guide transformative initiatives across the brokerage.

Significant leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management are essential to improve client outcomes and shareholder value. The ideal candidate holds a valid P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years in a large insurance

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and service quality across the organization.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices for Commercial Lines.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce variance.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related technologies to improve performance.
