Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive construction roles focused on commercial general contracting.
• Strong track record leading large-scale construction programs.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all construction operations and strategy.
• Oversee project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
• Establish standards, processes, and KPIs for performance.
• Develop and mentor construction leaders and project teams.
• Partner with executives on budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Manage risk, safety, quality, and compliance.
