- Lead and execute the club development strategy across real estate, construction, and design.
- Oversee real estate selection, deal structuring, and market prioritization.
- Direct construction lifecycle from pre-development to handover.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance with codes.
- Negotiate leases and LOIs with external counsel.
