CR Fitness is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead planning, development, and execution of new club builds and major remodels across CR Fitness markets. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-site commercial construction.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale buildouts from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, permitting, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across markets (up to 75%).
• Willingness to relocate to meet company needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all planning, development, and execution of new club builds and major remodels.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and project quality.
• Oversee site evaluation, design review, permitting, buildout, and delivery.
• Monitor progress with regular site visits and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Exec Leadership.
• Review bids, change orders, and invoices for cost control.
• Provide weekly/monthly construction updates to the Executive Team.
• Lead and develop the Construction team to support growth and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and value engineering.
