The Springs Living, LLC seeks a Vice President of Clinical and Wellness Services to guide clinical strategy and operations across our communities in Beaverton, Oregon. This executive will oversee nursing and wellness, enhance regulatory readiness, and forge partnerships to support residents’ health and quality of life.

Ideal candidates bring an active RN license, a master’s degree in a related field, and 10+ years of healthcare leadership, including regional experience in senior living.

Formación

• Active RN license.
• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership, including 5+ years in executive or regional roles in senior living/long‑term care.
• Experience leading clinical operations across multiple locations and driving quality/compliance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Set clinical standards with leaders to deliver consistent, person-centered care.
• Lead quality improvement, resident safety, regulatory readiness and risk management.
• Develop clinical leaders and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee resources and performance, including staffing, budgets, therapy services, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve resident outcomes.
