BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an exceptional enterprise clinical executive to serve as Division Director of Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery for the Skilled Nursing Practice. This remote leadership role involves shaping strategy, transforming care delivery, and driving measurable outcomes across markets.

The role requires a nursing background with RN licensure, a master’s degree in a related field, and at least 10 years of executive clinical leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required.
• Executive Leadership Experience required; VP-level perspective and organizational influence expected.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive clinical leadership within home health, post-acute care, skilled nursing, or a complex healthcare organization.
• Experience operating at enterprise, national, or multi-market level.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading innovation involving technology, analytics, AI, automation, digital health, or other emerging care delivery solutions.
