Brookdale is seeking a Director of Nursing in the United States to lead the clinical team and oversee day-to-day operations in a senior living community. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional personalized care, building relationships with residents and families, and driving resident and family satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a valid state nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN), 3+ years of clinical leadership experience, and strong skills in technology and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN).
• Driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with clinical leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity while receiving quality care.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses and direct care staff; mentor clinical leadership.
• May lead an additional clinical leadership team up to five members.
