BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an exceptional executive to serve as Division Director of Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery for Skilled Nursing. This remote leadership role involves shaping the future of care, driving enterprise priorities, and aligning clinical, operational, financial, and technology leaders across markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in nursing is required and active RN license is required.
- Master’s or higher degree in healthcare or business is required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive executive clinical leadership in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise clinical strategy and long‑term vision for skilled nursing.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
- Oversee care transformation, innovation, quality, and value‑based care.
- Develop executive leaders across multiple markets and build talent strategy.
- Partner with operations, finance, technology, and HR to accelerate execution.
