Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited school.
• Board certification in a primary clinical specialty, with active or eligible license in the primary state of practice.
• Progressive clinical informatics leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical technology strategy and aligns priorities with leaders across regions, with CNIO partnership.
• Owns clinical informatics governance and design of clinician advisory structures.
• Leads physician informatics team and collaborates with CNIO and nursing informatics leadership.
• Oversees clinician experience and efficiency in the EHR, including usability and adoption measures.
• Oversees the clinical decision support program and content lifecycle; ensures evidence-based governance.
• Provides leadership for evaluating AI and emerging technologies in clinical care for safety and value.
• Ensures health IT safety, downtime readiness, and safe design practices.
• Partners with analytics and quality leaders to show improvements in quality, safety, experience, and cost.
