Navina seeks a Head of Clinical AI to lead the Clinical AI organization and translate strategy into clinically impactful AI capabilities. You will collaborate with the Director of AI Products, Head of Data Science, and R&D leadership to drive AI initiatives from concept to production while ensuring safety, trustworthiness, and real-world clinical value.

You will manage Clinical AI Managers, shape governance, and represent the clinical perspective in product decisions, partnering with physicians

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including machine learning, large language models, and generative AI applications.
• Experience working with Product, Data Science, Engineering, or AI teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through production.
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and physician decision-making in healthcare delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical, technical, and business audiences.
